KlabCutTerms of service
These terms cover your use of KlabCut, a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro, and of klabcut.com. KlabCut is made by Nguyen Tran Tuan Kiet, trading as KlabCut, based in Vietnam (“we”). By buying or using KlabCut you agree to these terms.
Who sells KlabCut
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you get
- KlabCut and KlabCut Pro are sold as a one-time purchase or as a monthly subscription. KlabCut Pro adds one-click Auto Edit.
- A one-time purchase gives you a licence to use the version you bought for as long as you like, plus 12 months of updates. After that, your version keeps working forever, and you can renew updates for 20% of the price a year ($99 for KlabCut, $199 for KlabCut Pro).
- Subscriptions always get the latest version.
- A subscription gives you access while it is paid. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Each licence is for one person on one computer. If you change computers, email us and we will move it.
What you need
KlabCut runs on Windows with Adobe Premiere Pro. Its AI features use your own Claude account from Anthropic, which is a separate paid plan billed by Anthropic. KlabCut is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Adobe or Anthropic.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Sharing an account, reselling access or using one licence on several computers is not allowed, and we may switch off accounts that do.
Your footage
Your video stays on your computer and is transcribed there. For the AI features, transcript text (and any pictures you paste into the chat) is sent to Claude through your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms. You own everything you make with KlabCut.
Fair use of the software
Do not copy, resell, share, decompile or reverse engineer KlabCut, or try to get around its licence checks.
Refunds

No guarantees
KlabCut makes real edits in your Premiere timeline. It keeps a backup before big changes, but always check its work and keep your own backups. KlabCut is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost income or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; we will email you about big changes.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
